Pasban Welfare Institute has aimed to help society where it is most in need. For hundreds of unemployed youths in need of a living, we have started our technical training courses which will equip them with numerous basic skills and allow them to stand on their own feet. These courses include computer hardware and software courses, mobile repairing, electrician and A/C repairing and motorcycle repairing courses. All these classes are held in morning as well as evening shifts.
The courses are of different durations and also provide on-job training to the student, so that by the end of the course that person is ready to begin applying his skill and earning a living. Each course has its own experienced instructor and an assistant. Complete stationary is provided to all students (as well as any other necessities, according to the situation) and rations are provided throughout the training course. There are excellent and well-equipped workshops for every course as well, which are separate from the classrooms for theory learning.
Every seat in these training courses is special and students are admitted on merit. Monthly assessments are held for every class and unworthy students are dropped from the class. Upon the completion of the course, the students are awarded diplomas and a ceremony is held for the distribution of diplomas where special guests are invited. Records of every student from every course are available on the website to be perused by anyone.
In order to be admitted into a course, prospective students must submit an application for admission into a course. Candidates are then interviewed and selected upon merit of deserving.
Complete expenditure of the Institute is borne by the Pasban Group family, no external funding is accepted at all.
